DOROTHY I'LL MISS YOU. Anyone who knows me knows that I heart The Golden Girls to no end. I watch it every night. Sadly I have learned that my favorite character Dorthy( Bea Arthur) has passed recently. I am showing my respects because I truly love the show, the acting, and the ability she had to make me love her character.

Please may I have...? I figured if I ask nicely I would be able to influence someone to get me anything from this glorious collection. Givenchy(and Lanvin) are hands down two of my favorite designers. They effortlessly turn out out smart, compelling, and completely wearable collections. Don't ponder the process too much, just enjoy the results.

Confuse me?? Okay, I have to speak on this subject because the general public seems to be confused. I have noticed several posts, magazine editorials, television segments etc, about fashion icons. When did Rihanna, Vanessa Hudgens, and Nicole Richie become icons??? Please understand something, I LOVE these three ladies, and believe they have done great things to Influence current fashion. However there are major differences between an influence and an icon. 1. You have to be alive for a certain amount of years to be considered iconic. 2. Being a stylist, I know that their is someone who plays a major part in creating an image that works for them... they are called stylists. 3. Fashion is a recycling bin. Have we forgotten people like Janet Jackson, Cyndi Lauper, and even Prince ever existed?

Ode to Issac. I have to be honest and say that Liz Claiborne has never been a line that I would even blink twice at. Until recently as I was flipping through several magazines( favorite past time) and came across their new spring ads. I heart them! They are full of color, life, and they just make you feel excited about spring time all over again. I liked them so much I decided to take a pic inspired by the new ads. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure they have something to do with a certain new creative director.
